This has been a treat for me. Building a Cheetah with close to only new parts.
The car itself, with a close to mint chassis, came from Kaindi (with a lot of NIB spareparts !), I had to add a bumper, the chassis wings and the underguard that Fastpietje kindly parted with, a body clip came from Dee, and finally a NIB bodyset from Jason.
Now, the only used parts are the speed controller, bumper, underguard, chassis wings and bodyclip :-)
This car is a true shelf queen, as I would never even dream of driving it. And, I have a hard time figuring out what Mr. Tamiya was thinking when he put such a nice body on a RC vehicle... ?? It's way to brittle and detailed to be ever driven !
