TLT-1.5 (UPDATE)
Just about finished. Had to cut the shell more than i wanted to make room for the proline moabs (great tyres for crawling very sticky) but it still maintains the baja feel i think, which is what i wanted.
Stretched the wheelbase using TNX titanium dog bones blitzer beetle drive shafts. All diffs locked and the power comes from an Orion core 27-turn motor (think its 27). Could be doing with a stronger more tourquey motor, mibby a truck puller but not just now and aluminium hub carriers but i'll need to raid the piggy bank for that...........where’s me hammer!
UPDATE::
After a few runs it became apparent that the CofG was way too high with the battery on-top of the chassis, as per the standard kit. So i removed the rear steering servo and used the stock battery straps to secure the pack to the servo plate on the rear axle. What a difference, it's still not perfect, think it needs lighter chassis plates but i'm much happier. I also had to change out the Orion motor, just didn't have what was needed, so it's running a stock motor with a small pinion (can't remember the exact size, 10 mibby?) which has given it more torque, still not enough in my opinion but still don't have the pennies for a descent motor.

I'm not a fan of the TLT chassises, but I really like what you've done with this body. I think it looks great!

Ace, and the transperant tray looks nice too.

Thanks for the comments, I’ll try and get some good pics with the shell off but it's pretty much just a stretched TLT, nothing big or clever but boy what a difference to the performance. It's my favourite runner now.
