It is a Road Winner? but not the one sold by MRC? this version was sold by MAPLINS in the UK, its the same design as the Road Winner but has slightly different decals.
Maplin's used to sell them. I sound like a walking advert for Maplin's. I seem to remember all the models they sold. They were page 2 ads in RRCi at the time. If I remember rightly it was around 1989-90.
