Got this a while back from Mad Zero in a rather fetching lenor blue. Body was pretty mint until i gave it the usual gravelrash treatment on the front corners above the windows and all down the sides. As this is now my favourite leccy basher i thought it only fair to treat it to a nice paintjob. I chose the desert camo as its always at the beach and the next Kent Bash will be at Greatstone so this should blend in quite nicely. Not too sure how long the matt black parts will last before chipping, i tried my best to get some sort of key on the chrome parts by wet and drying them but as im sure you know they are quite tricky to get in all the nooks and crannys so its tarmac running days are over for now. The brown blobs on the camo were done by using 2' wide masking tape with the shapes cut out for stencils which i had a bit of a nightmare with as the tape allowed quite a lot of paint to bleed through on the edges but i think i salvaged it ok, dont look at the stars too closely tho ;-)

Not its natural habitat Who needs a FAV when you have a WAV Nice bush! Blends into the decking quite well

That camo scheme looks great. This army van makes me think of 'Stripes', the Bill Murray/John Candy film from the 80's

That is soooo sweet covered in splaterings of dirt. Maybe we should call it Vanessa's 'back box'

Verry cool! I am no big fan of camoflauge, but this one looks really kind and scooby, lovely work!

Yes i agree, i think my lack of an airbrush lends it a more cartoony feel while still looking fairly effective. Thanks
