Some hate it - I love it.
I've had this for a while, and by the sounds of things at TC most people dislike this car's body shell. For me though it's the better looking one outta the 3 or 4 cars that share this chassis. Oh well :)
It cost me $77 NZ (about 27 pound) RTR from a local trading site back in July '06. Its condition is excellent, it hadn't been used much - I could tell from the amount of dust on it and how the paint had flaked off the shell. I chucked on some blue polycarb paint I had leftover which is sorta why it has that crappy Russian army camo look, lol. The front plastic thing on the suspension that always breaks/is known to break on this chassis was indeed broken so a quick home made metal replacement soon solved that.
Since I recieved it all I have done to it hop-up wise is to add full ball bearings, some alloy shocks so it doesn't have that nasty mono-shock up front, some new Tamiya Star Dish rims (cheers Dave) and tires, as I don't like the stock wheels and the tires were perished anyway, and an ESC. I've chucked in a Sport Tuned also with a 14t pinion and now it really flies :) This chassis totally under estimated IMO. Great fun.
