After seeing all those cool sand scorchers here, I got inspired and decided to build my own one. I bought a new blitzer body, painted it in lime green and added some stickers which I had left over. Put the body on a used chevy S-10 chassis which I found on a local auction site. The chassis was rebuild and all the worn parts where replaced by new parts. Also an engine of a Fiat Abarth was added. I think it came out really well! It was build with the intention of running it on the beach, but now when it’s finished I’m a little scared of damaging the bug. Maybe I will first build another one…

I can't believe no one has left a comment on this yet. This looks too cool! I think this was a great idea, and I even like the simplicity of the paint scheme/decal job! Cool!
