Got this car from a great Ebay deal. Came with a Holiday Buggy and a VW Golf Gr.2. I will post these cars another day.. All cars were in nice und few used condition. This Cheetah was painted in italian national colors, i will need some time to fall in love with it ... but who cares, on my hunt for the first 10 Tamiya models i´m really happy to own a good one for a good price. Mirrors and steering wheel are also included, but not on photos.

It's great as it is! Please don't change the paint scheme. I agree that it take's a little time getting used to, but it's so 'period correct' and although it may not be identical to the 'italian Flag' Cheetah paint scheme from the old guide books, it's at least close. Very very nice! Congrats!

Gosh, that paint job took some balls (or at least a an almost unbuttoned shirt, dark chest hair, and a heavy gold chain).

It's a paint scheme from the Cheetah manual, not box art but still official Tamiya...lol
