This is my way to make sandplates for 1/10 and 1/12 mudmovers.

Cut galvanized iron plate to 10cm and 7 holes. Bending the plate. Pushing them to each side. Flatten it with a hammer. Same procedure for the other side. Upperside Underside. Mounted on the back of my Hummer Painted gray, weathered it and added some rust...

I remember those! They are called PSP (perforated steel plates). Always had to deploy those (1:1) to get our army trucks out of the mud. I hate handling em

I think the modern ones are made from alu. So that makes them PAPs...
