This is quite a rare piece of the 80's heritage. It isn't even listed in the Lamborghini model registry (which is pretty accurate btw). Bought it on eBay 8 weeks ago for $88,- (incl. shipping). It was listed as a 1/12 Tamiya Cheetah and I mailed the seller that it wasn't so he ended the auction to find out more about the brand. When he didn't manage to get more info he listed it again and now it's mine. I'm quite proud of it for I have never seen such a piece! The body has the exact same measurements as the Tamiya. It is made in Korea and the manual is also in Korean. It runs on normal batteries (6x1,5V=9V) or 7,2 rechargeables. I cleaned the car and it is in a very good condition. The seller told me it works but I haven't tried it yet. It has low and high gear. The tires are a bit smaller in diameter than the Tamiya Cheetah. The bumper looks very alike to the Tamiya, don't you think? It almost looks like they found the inspiration (an 80's word for 'shameless copy') at the Cheetah made by Tamiya (the real one hasn't one) ...So, any info about this car is very welcome!!!

Note the bumper... On/off switch and charge connector... High and low gearing... Shovel and axe... Steering wheel in one piece... The lot...27Mhz gear... Body off... Underside... Battery case... Comparison with a Tamiya...

mmm, interesting, these printed circuit Tamiya Copies seem to appear from time to time. Oh well fitting addition to your collection. Nice to see the comparison.

You need them all Dee, so that you can become our Cheetah-pedia Gott to laugh at the space for the driver though. I've seen a few steering wheel traumas, but not as a result of trying to enter the car
