It's a 58043, it really is! (new pics 07/2009)

Yes, this is a vintage one, but of course I have used a couple of reissue parts. Body, decals, motor, chassis, MSC, etc are original parts. Wheels and some chassis bits are reissue. So, the look is exact as the original.

It has been kind of weird to spend several hours sanding and painting the old body, when new smooth ones cost nothing. But, that is sometimes the life of a 'restorer' :-)

I did not care much for the Grasshopper in the beginning, but now that it is finished, I quite like it. The simplicity and colour scheme is quite nice!
