I think the last picture with the WW2 wheels/tires looks great. I'm off to order a set.
Thanks

Wow mate that's a nice looking one!!! How did you draw the flames?

Totally agree, the WW2 wheels suit the Clod Bod much better, it would be interesting to see what Max Climber wheels would look like on it as they are inbetween the two?

That looks fantastic! I love the clod body on that chassis.

Flames were a stencil set for a Lexan body, joined up over the bonnet with masking tape. The glue from the stencil stayed on the paint and I spent a whole night with polishing compound and my finger rubbing it off!! It gave a very smooth finish though....both to the paint, and my finger!!

Wow! As you may've noticed I've HATED the Hi-Lift since I first saw the press pics but I have to say that it is completely transformed with WW2 wheels/tyres and a Clod bodyshell - your truck looks STUNNING mate, just stunning! It's going into my favorites now!
mr_pushrod
Well just to buck the trend, I prefer it on the smaller wheels!

The wild willy 2 wheels look ace. the high lift wheels just dont suit the chevy body they look to small .

The last picture with the WW2 wheels is a real winner. Very nice indeed!

I think that the WW2 wheels suit this body and chassis perfectly.....very similar in scale to the original 'Bigfoot'. That combo has to be the next release on this chassis.....its too good to overlook....but I bet they've already though of it!!
AAAA
...the extra weight makes them nice and squashy too!
