The Fox Runs Again!

This Tamiya Fox started out a project back in January 06 with a couple doner cars. I came into a body over the summer and already had a new chassis on hand so I began to add parts on to the new chassis little by little. The body had some weird gun slinger type of decals that came right off and the body was done all in black so I was a bit skeptical if it would be good enough for decals with a clean-up. Well after cleaning up the body and retrimming the body lines it ended up being a great candidate for the chassis. I had a original decal sheet on hand to finish it off. All of the parts on the new chassis ended up being almost all new except for the tranny and some front-end parts. The last item I needed was a set of rear tires and I remembered having a set on hand. After a little searching I found the set in my stock and they ended up being a old set of Proline replacement tires! Woohoo!! The car will eventually have a good Novak esc with Futaba electronics and she will be run lightly as I wanted one of these for a long time and now it has finally happened! I never knew black could look so good for Tamiya Fox! Hope you all enjoy!
