Found these neat little lettering pens from Sharpie...Anyone can be an artist with these..You will have to order them from an Office Supply Store..They probably are not stocked but it the store carries the line of Sharpie they can order what you want...'Sharpie Paint Pen Extra Fine Point'...

The paint is oil base so it will probably wear well..As far as steady hand the pen makes is so easy..
