Well here is my hi lift sort of, I just bought this to replace my ever faithful 1998 ford expedition. (248,000 miles original engine and tranny and it still was running ok when my buddy took it off my hands)
This is a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4X4 with a 6.8 liter V10 engine. It has the tow package as well. This vehicle makes the suburbans look small. And at 6’6” and 365lbs I appreciate the room, not to mention I have 5 kids :)
I am considering a lift and maybe some off road tires, although this thing sits as high as my cousin’s 2001 ½ ton Chevy pickup with a 6-inch lift and 35” tires and that is stock!!

I really like how this truck drives and even the interior is pretty plush, leather seats, and even has butt warmers HAHAH!!!

Anyhow I figured this would be a little better than a NIB Hi-lift photo, who knows some enterprising guy may try to make one in 1/10 scale ;)

WOW! Environment Killer there, in UK you'd get killed on fuel costs and insurance, also parking spaces are cramped for Tamtechs, never mind something so big!

Congrats on such a nice car. I really like the warm weather now here in November, but MikeT is right, climate change happens and we and especially you US members should worry about that.

its got a 44 gallon tank, and at around 9000lbs it is a heavy beast, the v10 isnt made for economy thats for sure (about 10mpg in town and 15 on the highway), but i just moved so i no longer commute ( workout of my home) so i am actually using about 1/3 the fuel i used to. SO that makes me a envirementalist

Looks real meaty! Any chance of a pic of it next to a normal car - some sort of sedan / saloon for a size comparison?

I will shoot a pic of it next to my wifes Focus zx5, and I am going to try and get a shot of next to my cousins truck as well I love this truck, i can load the whole family up and a guest and still have the whole rear cargo space.

Purdy piece of kit fella, I wonder if it can be seen from the moon?
At very worst they could actually use it to plug the hole in the ozone layer

Congrats Matt, now that will dwarf my Titan...I take it there aren't many parking structures in your neck of the woods? I nearly hit my roof in Westwood the other day, and my Titan is only lifted 2 inches! You need a lift, some 22's and mud terrains on there, should be good for about 6 mpg or so
