Tl-01 chassis i got in a job lot of parts, half mangled. It had been converted to 2WD, by removal of propshaft and front diff. I put it all back together, cleaned it up, ballraced it, popped in a 23T Tamiya Balck motor and went for a new bodyshell. Shell is Sand scorcher repro 1 piece polycarbonate from Kamtec racing. Trainer yellow and baby blue paint, LEd light kit in home made light wells. Tl-01 is stock other than motor mentioed above and chrome buggy wheels. 2 WD TL-01 not exactly easy to control!

Thanks man, still working on it really. Couldn't afford a sand scorcher, so opted for something i could have!

Not had chance to drive it outdoors yet, the weather has been so bad last couple of weeks, I'm not expecting much though, considering high ground clearance, standard TL-01 suspension etc- could be fun though!!- thanks

First test drive ended in disaster after a medium jump, one of those lovely chrome rims fell apart, cracking right off the hub! (Seben racing purchase, who are sending a replacement)- second test drive was a lot better, the car was a blast, bouncing around all over the place!- softened the suspension now so that should help.
