Ugly, but not as much as I expected.

UPDATE: SOLD. Finally got an XC to see what all the fuss was about, and just from running it around my flat I know this thing means alot of fun. I just wish it looked as well as it goes. However I think it looks alot better in real life, and I trimmed the front so it hasn't got mudflaps and I prefer it that way. Everything's mostly standard and i think it'll stay that way as it's excellant without any mods.
