where speed is more important than size! **gone**
a few firsts for me here, first schumacher i have bought new, first nitro i have bought new, first stadium truck i have bought new, first and only 1/16th model i own and the list goes on and on..... any way i love this truck all ready, and i only got it yesterday. ever since i saw the kyosho mini monster Z mad force a video clip on the web while i was at uni about three years ago, and decided i needed one, but never got one, i did get a a tech mini monster which is awesome, but not fast enough, and when i use it the battery pack heats up dramatically???? i'll put pics up one day, i've only owned it two years yet lol. so when this was released last year i decided this would be the one that satisfied my needs, however the two ton price tag for the rtr was out of my league so i just faced it and bought loads more tamiya i needed :) but when i got my most recent pay slip i figured i earned enough to get one and with the recent addition to my collection of the losi xxxnt thanks to mikeT (nice one mate) i felt the need for nitro speed, and well this little rascal is perfect. .......................................................... ;) and on to the truck, its a 1/16th scale rwd nitro buggy, it has a .18 3cc engine, i opted for the arr almost ready to run option as i figured i already got radio and it was 50 quid cheaper, this basic kit cost me £125 which includes the truck engine, every thing needed to fit the radio, and really clear instructions on how to get it going. what is needed is 2ch radio, glow starter and fuel all of which i have :) there are video clips of this truck working on the modelsport website which is where i got it, i have also ordered a hummer shell which i think will be too small but i'm gonna see if i can get it to fit, no harm in trying. i will add more pics when i have installed the radio and give it a run, bet no one reads this low so i'll shut up already, enjoy the pics and as always all comments welcome, ;) peace
