Restored my first ever 4WD Tamiya Buggy

Finished! The restoration of my first 4WD Tamiya buggy.
All the plastics apart from the gearbox cases are new, but all internals, bearings, drivetrain etc and electricals are original. Two old Acoms servos too.Shocks rebuilt and (properly now!) cleaned.
New body set sprayed with Tamiya PS, driver hand painted with Tamiya acrylics.
New wheels and tyres, new 540S.
It’s been a bit of a money-pit and now is practically New Built, but it’s all worth it to have my original 4WD sitting on the shelf looking so gorgeous.
Next project: The Turbo Scorpion. Oh yeh, and a High-Lift to finish (watch this space!).
Oh and if anyone has one, I need a mid/late eighties Acoms receiver...
