I had fun restoring this one. I went in a different direction kind of how I did my wheeler. I added the monsterbeetle tailights, the sand scorcher license plate, and added a beard, sideburns and necklace to the driver. I painted the body using Tamiya Candy Lime Green (it GLOWS!!) This looks really nice on the shelf! The pics dont do it justice!

I had no idea Mark McGuire drove a Sand Rover. i guess I just assumed he spent all his money on 'roids.

thanks james i have to take a little credit on this one, I think I was the first guy on TC to use the candy lime green on the rover, and now it almost seems to be the alternative paint color
