Well this has snowballed out of control! What started as a simple idea of fitting a kamtec shell to my modified SRB chassis has turned into an epic.
There's lots more to do yet.

Errmm! What can I say? I'm a bit stunned by the reaction if I'm honest. Thanks very much for all your comments, I hope the finished thing lives up to them. It's been loads of fun working on it so far, now I'm going to be terrified of messing it up!

Looking good, I love the interior detail, that cage looks awesome. Also the first I have seen with the front shocks coming up through the body like that - very true to the actual racers. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with the rear cage/engine detail.

Thanks for all the positive comments, I hope I can live up to them.
I've not really thought about engine detail yet. That will be treated as a separate job when the rest is finished, cos it will probably take as long again as the rest has! There will be some detail though, an oil cooler and some remote reservoirs for the shocks on the cage are planned.
