well my beetle project is drawing to a close, just took it for its first run.. its a flying machine !! im not sure what the motor is.. but its quick, the TA 01/02 chassis has a few hot ups fitted , i have now fully ball raced it.. im glad i used the chevy stadium truck wheels as they look at home on it... i have just ordered windscreen wipers off ebay. i have the driver figuer , but im still thinking about making a full interior for it with polished ally roll cage...also i need to do something with the back end as it looks rather plain... All comments gradefully recieved good or bad, cheers Darren

Great looking bug, i'm sure it would give my sand scorcher a good thrashing on the track!

Looks like a very nice match. []
Did you modify the suspension on your chassis or did you just addon the stadium truck wheels?

Looks really good , the wheels work well with the centers painted . A replica engine for the rear with the cage and exhaust would finish it off nicely .

Looks brutish, makes me want to go find a Beetle body now. I wonder if the HPI body could ever look that good...HMMM
