Torsion chassis crawler
This design has been around for a while now, mainly known as a Pimp Cane.
Made out of 15 x 15 channel (1.5mm wall), the holes drilled in it allow for more twist
Dead simple to make, took me an afternoon of fiddling around, and it was done.

Mike: that's pretty much all the articulation it's got at the minute - it does increase a bit as the alu ages, but these aren't mega-travel chassis
