I bought this motor as a Technituned, but replaced the rotor with a Technipower, so decided to change the decal. I scanned and cleaned up the original decal, and it was pretty simple to then modify it to be a 'power decal. Then I used clear backed water float inkjet paper, which shows through the silver of the can for the text.

Home made decal.

Nice one looks like a factory decal.

would it be possible to upload the decal?
my apology for asking, but my second-hand Technipower motor's sticker is missing. and it'll be nice for me to make 1 for the motor.

There's a technipower one there too if you should want that for any reason.
If you print them at 400ppi, they should come out the right size.

Hmmm, interesting. I have an old technipower with the sticker gone, will keep this idea in mind...
