VW Dakar Touareg 2006 style.
Loosely based on the paint scheme of the 2006 VW Race Touareg. Made it onto RC Driver Feb/08 Issue showff section.
Hop Ups - Front CVDS, Harden drive cups, center one way, 3Racing MLST shocks, most of the screws you see have been replaced by steel hex screws. Just waiting on another set of touareg rims rims to put dirt hawgs on.
Electronics - Tamiya BZ motor, Futaba MC330CR, Hitec 5625MG servo, Futaba R303 receiver on HRS mode.

Very nice - Looks very similar to my 06 model
- tho ure blue is lighter, I would however cut the front differently as it changed for the 06 model. See my showroom for pics if u want. Still Very nice model 
, bet it shifts with a BZ motor, Runtime?

Hey thanks for the tip. I used true pearl blue with metalic silver backed by indy silver and sprint white. The BZ has way too much torque for the stock tires, I need to use the dirt hawgs soon. With the GP3300 I can go at 15-20min when playing around. Never finished a pack of LIPOs yet.

Looks great, you have done a great job on it. I love pic #1, you caught the rocks in mid air! I like your idea with the uni joint, is that just clear heat shrink tubing?

Yea it's just heat shrink. Didn't want to take chances with that joint.
