A few more pics of the first outing with my 30th anniversary model. I love this car, something fun about running a car I spent more on than my real car (no joke I drive an 87 Honda Civic) what a treat to build and even better to play with. Still need to a driver/cockpit and some tire decals!
If you liked those pictures, you should see these...
I am so glad I built it now

That's a nice car. Hoping I could get hold on one of that.

Thanks for sharing. Great pictures and car.

I'd be smiling too -- This is really what the hobby is all about!

Very nice bling bling on the chassis parts. It'll look just as good running topless!
Wyoming
Thanks guys but I'll keep my shirt on lol! Totally Steve, dosen't matter what kind of car or 'toy' but taking time to play as an adult is a health secret lost on too many people.

Woow, thats some wolf-grin on your face Seth !!
Impressive model and likewise an impressive build, looks like 7 million kronor ( Swedish currency = 1 million bucks )

The turbo looks so good. Reminds me to finish my TTG 934. Great pics.

Thanks Olle There was a pretty girl walking behind my cousin taking the picture and I was trying not to look like a dork...lol. I actually have a few kroner somewhere from my mom going to Sweden a few years ago but not enough to cover the build lol
carbonman
wooohaaa thats the way to go!

Thats it Seth !! I am going to build my 934 now. Looks 100 times better running than sitting unmade in the box. Hope i dont crash it on the first run though. Well done..
Wyoming
Sweet thanks guys, and Rad its worth the long build even the decals...they are very tedious especially the rear bumpers but look great once applied, just don't look to close lol!
scollins
Nice job Seth, its great to see you run all of your cars and trucks! One of the few who do!!
Wyoming
Thanks Steve, To each their own but I figure I'm only gonna live once and they are just things after all, so if they bring enjoyment to me or people I'm with. I'm not worried about rarity or keeping it perfect. I'll be careful but not so careful it spoils the fun of having decided to build and play with it lol!

VERY Nice, I finally had a runner Fox out today after way too long putting it together. That 5th pic is going in my favorites pile on my computer. I know what you mean on the price of the 1:1 as I too drive an '87 Honda Civic Hatchback 1300. I guess that is something else we share in common. My Best Man loves his Toyota FJ40, but is scared to drive it, I hope he changes his mind. Oh yea, lastly, what is all the duct tape on the inside of the body, I bet you tell us why in the other post.
Wyoming
Sounds like fun running the Fox, watch for hounds. I'll bet my Civic is rustier than yours Chris lol it came from Iowa but it is so thrifty on gas and reliable to drive I do love it. Oh thats Tamiya fiberglass tape for just that purpose, it protects against wheel rub and cracks in the event of a crash and on nitro cars it guards against heat. Kinda cool stuff although I don't plan to crash it...course I didn't plan to wreck my Ferrari either
Crash Cramer
Ouch, you wrecked the Ferrari? That sounds like that 'celebrity' that crashed the Ferrari on a PR drive practicing for an upcoming movie. I think it was a stunt to get some attention to the movie, but I have forgotten the name of the guy and the movie.
Wyoming
Yeah Chris I wrecked it bad, I posted some pics in my showroom. I guess thats just like that country song 'celebrity' a lot of ferraris seem to die untimely deaths at the hands of people with more money than sense.

Excellent work yet again. I believe you inspire a lot of us to take our game just a bit further.
