Wow! This has been a long time coming... Several months back I bought all new parts to build a Sand Rover from TC member 'Rammer'. The only problem I had was almost no hop-ups were ever made for the Sand Rover in the past.
I'm basically a hop-up junkie, so I turned to my fellow TC members for help and inquired with some of the best fabricators TC has ever seen.
For that reason, I dedicate this Sand Rover to all the great TC members and fabricators that graciously share their talents - without their help, none of these custom parts would have been possible.
Cul-Tech - Front Aluminum Lights and Side View Mirrors
Rad22Rad - Custom Aluminum Wheels
Mike00Top - Rear Aluminum Exhaust
J-Man - Front Aluminum 'Bull Nose' Bumper
The rest of the build was a lot of fun, painting the driver and car, finding extra new parts.. I even used TC member 'Moosey's' tire painting technique for the first time.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did building it.

Great looking build. The front bumper really makes sets this car apart from the others on the club and looks perfectly scale. Great work

Very nice, of course it helps tremendously to have that Southern California sunshine to make the photos POP.
