This is my first XC (CC-01)chassis and it went together very easily. the plastic on the chassis is fine, but after a few times of undoing and doing up screws the threads wear dramatically i found.
Anyway i've decided after a few purchases to use this body shell and i like the way it turned out too, the front end needs raising a bit more for ground clearance and to level it off.
Trials have already started and unfortunatley i managed to roll it on tarmac so the wing mirrors got it :(
I think an exo-cage is on the cards next, then a Scollins interior & the obligatory roof rack full of stuff ;) feel free to comment, as all critisism will be taken constructively :D

Nice XC project, good choice of body, nice suspension mods, be sure to check into adding ball bearing steering if you haven't already done so I believe there is a tutorial on TC.

Nice to see its now rolling (pun unintended). Perhaps an idea for stuff on the roofrack, a crate full of wingmirrors!
