This is the story so far for my Titanium Top Force Evolution... Build continues a little slowly as im trying to find rear hinge pins and CVD's in titanium that will fit the evo. Any thoughts on this? Updates to follow.
Just as you think your nearly there, something else crops up!! It was pointed out to me how crap the yellow springs look, so after scouring the net I found some Titanium springs - yes thats over the top but hey it goes with the theme - ok!! But these now dont fit the shocks, so another search has started for some different shocks. The only other thing that i'm still after is some M3 Nylock nuts in Titanium, if anyone knows where I can get some that would be great. On the plus side the lightweight Lipo batteries have turned up, and the brushless system has been fitted. Also managed to source thesilver wheels I was after for her, although due to the price i'm not sure i'll be using them for running. So close to being ready now... Mostly complete, she is just waiting for me to fit the steering turnbuckles. Couple of people have asked me whats titanium on here, so here is the list: Some Screws, the rest are magnesium, chassis, chassis spacers, turnbuckles, shock towers, shock springs and all hinge pins. Big thanks goes to Ant for doing the chassis for me.
