Almost a good Wild One - Sold
Bought this from a local Trading site for a reasonable price knowing it had a huge hole in the side of the chassis, reassembled it including new Aluminium sides (was going to be a runner) to discover it was virtually all there and in surprisingly good condition under all the grease, Bought a set of G Parts to finish it off, Put together with a bit of Loctite on the rear arm holders and discovered than unlike Associated and XTM race buggies, Tamiya plastic from the 80's HATES loctite and falls to pieces :( , so now I really need a new chassis, Rats, If anyone has a cracked one out there, hint hint, I can repair the cracked sides no problem and I will certainly not be using loctite again ever!!
I will finish stripping the body when I get another chassis - cleanest strip though, just water and a toothbrush, just hard to get in the corners!
