Re-Re Mountaineer body-kit arrived today !!
49457 Limited Ed. Mounty body-kit and 2 kits for mounting it on a High Lift chassie from the GREAT Jason today. This was found on Jasons E-bay store mostly by pure luck. He had 3 for sale. First one was sold on aug 5:th sunday morning at 9.03,second at 9.06 and I found mine at 9.32 !! So it was sitting there for some 26 minutes before I found it !!

The most sought after re-re body of the moment. I hope you use it on a chassis. I have seen one in parts up for sale already on ebay for really silly prices. If I manage to get my hands on one I will definitely build it.

Thanks for comments ! Well Steve,it depends on how silly the prices will get ?? If its true that there were only 60 made / sold then the chans / risk (?) might be that it will rise even moore then what we´ve seen so fare and I´m NOT a rich guy !! But I promise you Steve it will have to be REALLY silly prices.
And still I hope that the boys over at Mr Tamiya will come to their sences and just start producing this in large numbers. Or better yet give us a super detailed Defender body for our Liftys !! Olle

There is one up for auction on the bay now. Take a look and start dreaming what you will do with all that money if you sell yours.. But seriously, I do not understand Tamiya marketing. They can sell a zillion of these body's so why limit production. Setting up tooling for a limited production run does not make it profitable for them.
