This sunday I tested for the first time my new project, since thursday was a rainy day, it was the perfect playground for my new toy :-)
The test proceeded well, in this configuration the Wild Dagger is still very reliable and capable. The super soft SDI tires perform really well, I were impressed how much grip they offer; maybe the 80gr lead balls inside each wheel helps a little here. Still need to make some little upgrades, I plan to switch to universal up front to tighten turns, and then add some scale details on the body.
By now I'm using two 540-J standard Tamiya motors, something slower could be of help. I've got two 550 titan motor and will try how they spin with only 7.2V, if this won't work a pair of lathe motor is my best bet...

I'll get rid of that ugly orange antenna soon mates and then add some scale details little by little. The Wild-D can really be a great scaler, and it go together all by itself! I hope to see similar projects on TC, They Wild-D really deserve a try, thrust me
