Ahhh... This project seems to take longer than first thought, a new M-02 chassis is very hard to come by, but I'd found a new 911 Carrera M-02L kit for a very good price, also got the short chassis part from eBay. For the body; initially hoping to get a Kyosho Fiat 500 as it has chrome plastic parts and the wheel arches are stronger; but could not find one anywhere (if anyone has one of this for sale or trade; please let me know) but I've already got this ABC Hobby shell and had done a classic archetype white with red Abarth 695 with a racing touch and am quite happy with how it had turned out. Isabella seems to like it as well and she prefers this over her fuffy toys. still have to put the electonics in as I (and I think Isabella as well) like to run all my RC models. also hope Tamiya will make the new Fiat 500 shell for the M-chassis.... any comments are welcome, Cheers.
