I know it's Kyosho (because various parts carry the name) with a Nissan 300 ZX body, I've trawled through the cars on site and found one other chassis entered by a member asking what it is - no replies so not much help ....
I have an old KyoshoUSA catalog #6 and what you have there is a Street Cars series Nissan 300ZX No. 4251 KYOC0172 circa 1992 They made several other related cars, Lamborghini Countach, Tesstarossa, F40, Porsche 911 and Corvette
The chassis looks like a Kyosho Scale-Series.I can remember having seen this wheels before but I'm not sure about the ZX-body..so no much help again;.)
I got really into that catalog so I posted the pictures of this for you and anybody else who wants a trip down memory lane...I kinda wish I hadn't looked because now I want half those old cars
It's in the 1990 mini-catalogue I have posted here: [Click here]
It's on the same chassis as the Saurus I have. Tyres are also used on the Sideways (front). I think it is pretty much an Ultima with a wider alloy bottom chassis plate.
Thanks for all the comments, and particularly to wyoming for posting the catalogue, great to see. I bought it locally and wanted to know what it was with a view to selling, now I know I'm not sure what to do !!

Nice find! It is certainly a Scale Series 300ZX.

Yup, I had the 911 flatnose. Most disappointing RC car I ever bought and one of the reasons I only buy Tamiya now.
