This is another dream car of mine:
It's my alltime favourite car, which i always wanted to have - Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione 3 - only a few Prototyps were built during the end of the Evo 2
As a tribute to this car i had built a street version, too. i choosed the 'Giallo' colors in camel/dark yellow and put some detail on in it: wipers, exhausts, license plates and other mirrors. As rims i took the Enzo rims as the colors of the rims fits the camel yellow.
I've seen such a car at the Planai Classic Rally 2007.
- Please let me know, what you think of this car:)

Superb looking 'Grale, think I prefer it on the original rims though.
A masterpiece!

mirrors are from the VW Golf 3 VR6, and come very close to the original Delta mirrors

Are those rims from the new highlift hilux or the stadium racer of the 1990's? I only ask cos I want a set for another project ! This 'Grale looks so cool- I used to own a series 1 8v during the mid 1990's - great fun, but, rediculously unreliable ! Kept blowing the head gasket ! Would definately have another though, most fun I ever had on 4 wheels !

In theory there never was an EVO3. I know that when the Evo2 was released it had a 16v setup. But due to Swiss regulations, the 16v engine would not pass emissions and so not be deemed legal in this country. So to get past this, Lancia released the EVO2 with an 8v engine, taken straight out of the EVO1. I believe that these were the cars that were referred to as EVO3's. But they never really existed if you seee what I mean. To really confuse matters more, Lancia also produced a couple of 16v EVO1's

Some people also refer to the last gen EVO2's as EVO3's maybe to cash in,I dont know!! In germany, they also refer to the last gen EVO2's as EVO3 'Sedici'. But they are EVO2's

Sorry. . . .with regards to the 8v form the EVO1, I meant the 1st gen integrale!!

Very nice, too bad Tamiya didn't make the proper street wheel for this car. Now you can finish the details to spec per 'koenc' 1:1 and send it to him, or better yet, drive it over and deliver it in person, perhaps he could take you on a ride in his.

I was wrong, Tamiya made the street wheels on the kit 58342.
