Restored at last...

I bought this lovely old Grasshopper from a chap on a web forum. It's in good overall shape with no cracks on the body. Time has stained this original shell so I'll be repainting it white ready to accept the new decals I bought. The rest of the buggy is in good shape. I have stripped and rebuilt it and eveything is as it should be save for the lots of scrapes underneath. It appears the front wheels are on the wrong way round. They don't go on the right way without fouling the upright. I guess some sort of spacer is needed. This buggy came fitted with an R/C system from an aircraft complete with 3 servos...! Good news is the rear paddle type tyres are in good shape and the fronts look very clean indeed.

Update : I have stripped and resprayed the body in Mercedes-Benz Polar White, blacked the black bits and applied some new Decals. The buggy is looking really nice now. Just needs a few new bits and it's done...

Update: All done now bar adding the Marchals...
