Thanks for all the comments guys. The car is a Volkswagen and they only built 1000 models for the European market. Had the missle fitted due to the problems with Road Rage in our town lol.
NOW that's a car. Why don’t we get special models like this over here? I would bye one small and i bet quick. How much did it cost to fit the missile as im interested in one for me van? LOL.
You can get them over here. Normally a few on the Autotrader website. They are 1.6cc with 125bhp as standard. Weigh just under a tonne. Drive like a modern day MK1 Golf GTi. Great Go Karting style fun and have Xenon lights fitted as standard
Man, you guys sure know how to park the most cars in a driveway without touching the grass. I am scouring your showroom for your Clipper??? Link it???? Thanks

Thats great it even comes with a roof mounted missile launcher...

Nice motor. But not sure about fitting the missile to the roof as it might invalidate the manufactutres warranty.
Mad Zero
Never mind the carbon bonnet - the rocket launcher would be the selling point for me!
The Hobbymaster
How did you fit the rocket on the roofLOL
Its a nice clean Lupo well done. cheers Ian

Is the missile launcher part of the sunroof option ?

Neat car! I like the missile launcher, was that bolt-on or did it require chassis mods?

I'm not really familiar with what a Lupo is but it looks nice and like it would be fun to drive

IIRC that's a Bristol Bloodhound, had one as an Airfix kit as a kid. Mig15 & a Pucara in the background I think?

Lovely little car, RallyeBaz...!
Make your own 1/10th scale body !

Blacque Jacque,
The aircraft behind the Bloodhound missile is a Pucara.
The other 'aircraft' is the fuselage of a North American T-28 Trojan - a post-war American trainer intended to replace the famous T-6 Texan.

Thanks for the comments.
Added some more pics and the link to the Aviation musuem. They now have a nice MIG on loan.

Other 2 Lupo's in the pic both have engine mods. One has been tuned by a WRC mechanic with head work. Silver car has a homemade turbo conversion.
Another level.

must post a few pics up of my own pocket rocket!
she's looking sweet and fruity in red, tho never realised a rocket launcher was a dealer fit option (could do with it down here at times!)
if you ever get a lupo shell organised, count me in too!
