My son's Toyota Hilux. Built and painted by him. As there is no Tamiya TS paint available at the moment he decided to leave it white and paint in the details in black, (inspired by Wyomings Wrangler he tells me). We think it has worked out great.

The paintscheme looks very nice. However look out for yellowing of the white as you didn;t paint it

Thanks for all the comments guys. Hadn't noticed the front bumper, but will swap it around. Tool boxes are kids sweets containers but painted up look perfect. There is also a barbie and a fuel can in the back. Surf board is being painted up at the moment. First pics in the mud to follow tonight.

Way cool truck!! You've got HPI Geolanders on? Next swap those shocks for TLT-1 oil shocks with coil springs and you have a cool Leaf spring/coil spring combo for better offroad handling. Might want to remove 1 or 2 leaf springs though.

looks like you might be better ordering some tg10 axles if your fitting 2.2 wheels so you can get your wheel nuts on fully, i had the same problem.

sweet truck! The white won't ever yellow much - my clod was never painted and its now 20 years old - still looks fine
