I have made tooling for the Desert Gator body and formed my own bodies and rear wings. I have tried a variety of plastics including the black pvc version you can see in my showroom. The yellow shell named 'Acid Thunder' is inspired by my favorite acid house tune...maybe I should make a video with that as a BT??

The tooling Evil black PVC shell. Clear PVC shell, very flexible, cheap and light. Black shell cut and fitted. ACID THUNDER http://www.last.fm/music/Fast+Eddie/_/Acid+Thunder

Wow! That looks great. What did you make the mold out of? I wanted to do this years ago for my Optima Mid!

It's early days guys, I have made bodies for my own use and haven't got to he stage of making them for others.....however, I do realise the potential and would like as much feedback from members about the shells they would like, so let me know. Also, I have been making window masks for the shells I have made usiing a laser cutter...so there are possibilities there too.
