Traxxas RADicator Xpert sold by Graupner
After finding some really interesting auctions on ebay (including a pile of new Traxxas parts for all kind of cars) I had the chance to give my battered Rad2 some new shine. I like the black/white/blue combination of the parts. The body will get the same sheme.

Nice Rad 2 i've just got one too! Any ideas where to find a Shell? Or others that Fit?

I found the shell on buytraxxas.com, but not in stock at present and it seems, they don´t deliver to private persons outside the usa.
Kyosho Raider and Valliant II bodys can be fitted onto the chassi but don´t look proper.
Maybe an old RC10 body can do the job. I´m goin to try it when I have the money. (Students don´t swim in it, eh??)

Rad shells have been discontinued and are hard to find. You might want to try a Traxxas Bandit body, which are still available.

That´s true, they´ll fit. But they´re not as good looking than the original one. Problem of the Rad bodies is the fragile construktion and thin lexan. That´s why they´re so rare.
