In between coats of paint on my car transporter trailer I started wondering what to do with the leftovers, and here's the result.

It's a Sankey trailer as pulled by many military Land-Rovers. The scale is approximately 1/8th of a narrow track 3/4 tonne sankey, though behind the SII it isn't far off being right for a wide track version. I really did it to go with a future project that I have in mind ;)

Construction is fairly simple with a steel chassis and styrene body, with the two being bolted together so a more accurately detailed body could be fitted in future easily enough.

nice, could the future project be a 101 forward control?

Maybe more research needed yet though.

I have been thinking about getting a 1:1. I have a army type towhook... Your giving me ideas! Great project!
