G Wagon for the Desert
I decided to rebuild the black G Wagon, after use had made it look tired.
I wanted to do a desert military style version, but as you can see it sort of evolved into a civilian desert challenge vehicle of sorts. I had a few ideas about the electronics, but needed some help from Mud-Plugger (many thanks buddy) to implement them, as he's very good at that sort of thing and i'm not, lol. So it now has 4x roof spot lights and 2 x headlights and 2x tail lights all plumbed in on a switch in the larger cargo box on the roof rack. There's also a switch in there that isolates the fully working winch :) on a third channel.
Other stuff you may notice in this build include a high lift jack, bungee cords, spade, axe, jump leads, spot lights and roof rack, all stuff I built from scratch except the jump leads which were by Mud-Plugger.
All in this was a very rewarding build that transformed the slightly bling dealer wagon into something that looks at home on all terrain.

Very sweet, How did you go about making a winch system and how effective is it? as I have a spare 4th channel on my support truck and am thinking about a winch, cheers Ryck

Thanks for the nice comments.
Winch is very good and will lift the entire cars weight, i've used a MG 995 servo. I'll put some pictures up of it.
