Here is a small project, i have been working on the last couple of days, being a tipping trailer for my tipper-Volvo.
I have used a pair of Tamiya trailer-axles in the rear, and a homemade front axle..
The gearbox is leftover-parts, and the rest is handbuilt from Alfer aluminum profiles. In the front, the spindle-device is ball-bearinged in the traverse, and at the rear, the tipping-frame is also ballbearinged on the frame tipper-shaft..

In the test-pics, the device lifts 4 boxes of washing powder, and a set of steel-shot filled trial-wheels, all together weighing in at 5, 047 kgs. I dont know the exact weight of the Volvo itself, but it´s also quite heavy, so i guees you can say that it has passed the test, LOL..
