Land-Rover Series I 86'
I'll keep this entry as an overall progress, with individual showroom entries for each stage. Here's the progress so far.

Well I've finally got myself a TLT as a base for my next project, not sure what the project will be yet but it will be Land-Rover bodied with TLT axles.
Arrived at lunch time and after a quick run round in standard form is now in lots of pieces.

The axles now have a new chassis :-) It's still evolving, but I think the basics are there now. The battery will mount immediately behind the front suspension towers and other electrics will go between the chassis legs at the rear.
I haven't got it yet, but the body is going to be another Kamtec Land-Rover. This time though it will be cut in half and extended to be a long wheel base so the chassis wheelbase and total length have been made with this in mind.

Small change of direction on this, the body is now going to be a scratch built Series 1 Land-Rover.

Bit of a catching up update, Rollcage is done, body is nearly done, time to start painting.

I think this is the main purpose of these to become an axle donor i bought one for the same reason and now have a half built chassis awaiting more ideas .

These are cool, I bought one to use the axles also but it is soo much fun in TLT form I decided to keep it and buy a set of Axial AX10 axles for my project instead
