i thought id take a break from my jeep and build my NIB hilux i got not so long ago. blimey!!! what a build, its taken ages and ive still got to put the roll bar in, although i like it without it has to be said! only ran it lightly so far in a small area and this being my 1st 3 speed ever, i can see what all the fuss is about!! :) i lowered it ignoring the build manual to the instructions given here on TC and it looks just how i wanted it, high but not over high.
the jeep now has a driver on the way, its a repro bruiser driver and ill need to make him some legs as the jeep is so open. also i had to break his hand off and reglue it so it held the wheel. poor bloke has gone through hell lol.

Very nice looking Yota, still love that Jeep
Most real ones I see don't have a roll bar so it looks great without it

realistic looking paint. Also wheels and non-roll bar are making it better I think.
Thats a very nice truck in that color looks great on one thing! it looks better if you put the wheels a little bit closer to the body. it ,s more naturally.
The jeep looks really great olso.

looking good. great colour
great looking truck, I agree that it does look cool without the roll bar. Would look even better without the bloody awful bumper that tamiya made (why oh why oh why!!) lovely colour BTW !!

I really look of the look of this 2nd generation Hilux I may give up my quest for a vintage 3 speed and get one of these instead!
