I recently entered my first race ever using an old Ready set Alpha 3 - Kyosho. I managed to finish 4th but only because my car was so slow that it was impossible to crash and it was consistency that beat some of the faster cars. Not to be out done I purchased this TA05-r chassis kit and plan on running it in the up coming races. It's speed and performance amazes me, especially compared to the vintage cars I'm used to running. I had the body painted from a local Guy named Dale who's very handy with an air brush and charges a reasonable price. Unfortunately made a hash of fitting the shell and ended up drilling 8 extra holes hence the out of place stickers beside the mounts.

they are great cars and you get a lot of fun for a good price. I have a fully loaded TA05 and now i'm busy with building up the IFS version, the IFS version drive even better then a regular TA05 (but that's just my opinion). The body has a nice paintsheme.
