Inspired by pagedm_f350 and Wyoming, I think about taking this idea to the next level. So decided to give it a try, and take my Micro-Drill (Proxon), a milling cuter and a drill rig. Out comes this :-)

Still not finished with it. It´s just primed.

Please let my know what you think.

Wow, nice work. The hummer wheel is turning into a blank canvas.

looks good, nice mod. Only one small point is that there is only 4 slots in a classic landy rim.

Thanks for all your comments. It´s nice to see that others also like my wheel.

@ by ant88,
I search a hole night for some good pictures of the real D 90 wheels. Could figure out if it where 4 or 5 slots. Are your sure?

Yep, only 4 slots in a Landy wheel.

Thanks for the link

That is bad, because of the backside structure of the hummer wheels a 4 slot version is not possible

Whether there's 4 or 5 slots, that's still a great piece of work.

Good to see someone else having a go at modifying these For future reference I can also confirm there are only 4 slots and on the 1:1 they are only 5-10 mm wide.
