Built this to test out a switched rear motor; 3rd channel on radio controls servo to turn a microswitch on and off.
Turned off, the motor acts as brake for the rear axle in a similar way to a dig gearbox on a shaft-drive truck

Rear axle needs a little more weight in the wheels, but on low-grip surface it works fine as it is.
Both axles are facing 'forwards' so fitting faster or timed motors is no problem as they both run in the same direction

Cane chassis , 12.5' wheelbase
Integy 55t lathe motors
GMade GT rims with Losi Rock Claw tyres
Clod gearboxes; New cases, Integy axle tubes and knuckles
Full bearings
Diffs locked, gearbox cases shaved and coated with JB epoxy
Towerpro 995 steering servo
Futaba brake-switch servo
BTA steering

Body is an HPI 'Grave Robber' hearse, trimmed level with the chassis.
