Tamiya tt01 with carson opel manta bodyshell

This is my newly painted and decalled carson opel manta body as i never had any decals with this body i have used some new and left over ones decals are from hpi mustang tamiya opel vectra and ferrari 360 plus the wrc escort cosworth .I have drilled the front lights out as i intend to put lights in i have lenses to be cut up from the remains of the bmw shell this chassis came from .the rear lights are in need of decals they were not fully masked the idea was being part clear at the rear would allow light to come through better if i put leds in with decals applied .

the wheels and tyres are pre glued ansman racing and the paint is pactra indy silver i used two cans of it and backed it with white .

The twin pipe exaust is fitted to the right hand side because the lexan is thin and i managed to crack it .I cut it out a bit and fitted this exhaust to the chassis , the exhaust is an air freashner for a 1/1 car .I have no idea were you can buy one but it looks good .

Your best chance of getting a manta shell will be from germany a few sites have them in stock the decalls are separate as far as i know there are no uk supliers any more .
