Got these as a best offer BINow off ebay from Tc member Timiya (thanks for another deal Tim!) surprised no-one else bought these at their original BIN price as they're great reading on the old RC stuff included the road test/build of the 3 speed Hilux which I have seen go for £20 plus for one magazine.

Hi its the Winter 1981 vol 1 number 4, disappointingly the Ford is only featured on the cover credited inside as an 'impressive IC Ford Bronco Ranger made by Ishimasa of Japan'

Thanks for your comments, I have another box of slightly later Model Cars magazines, they're just great nostalgic reading! the right ups generally follow a brief description of parts, the manual, the build, paint used, then the run including radio gear batteries etc, still looking for the Blazer one can always photocopy article for cost of postage if you want.

I've had that one with the Kyosho Blizzard, Mr Wheelie and truck on from when it came out! It has some nifty instructions for modifications in it, including a front anti-roll bar/swaybar for SRBs.
