Got this radio in 1981 and I still use it today with no problems at all. The transmitter was kind of "high end" in the early -80s with 3 channels, servo reversing and endpoint ajustment. You can even control if the throttle trim shall engage at idle or full throttle.

Very good 'high quality'radios. I've got the Kraft KP3KW, it has exponential and steering dual rate. one of my favorites. It's very lite and balanced with a solid feel to it, not a cheap feel. got mine back in 82' and it still works great and will never part with it!
